These owners are excluded from evaluation:
- The developer wallet and any configured project-controlled wallet.
- Protocol custody accounts: the Pump bonding curve and the canonical PumpSwap pool.
- Owners whose history cannot be reconciled are not excluded permanently, but are withheld until they reconcile.
Excluded wallets still appear in indexed history for transparency. Exclusions are listed in the deployment configuration and recorded in the audit log when changed.
